2025 Annual Report
In personal notes and client surveys, H.O.M.E. hears regularly from seniors who have gained greater independence and become more connected to others thanks to our services.
Even as our work continues to focus on helping individual seniors live more joyous lives, we also strive to transform Chicago into a city where people of all ages live together in a way that supports older adults’ connection to the larger community. We took strides in this direction in Fiscal Year 2025, highlighted by the powerful outreach and advocacy of our Community Advisory Council and by Fix Our Homes Illinois, a growing statewide campaign that H.O.M.E. is leading.
Of course, none of H.O.M.E.’s work would be possible without our amazing donors and volunteers. As you read our Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report, we hope you will take pride in the significant part you have played in helping H.O.M.E. support low-income seniors and transform Chicago.
