In fiscal year 2022, H.O.M.E. is proud to partner with Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine Center for Applied Health Research on Aging (CAHRA) to evaluate our Upkeep and Repair program and its impact on health outcomes and preserved homeownership and independent living for older adults.

H.O.M.E.’s health partners bring healthcare services directly into H.O.M.E.’s residences. University of Illinois - Chicago and Loyola University nursing students administer regular screenings and check-ups for older adult residents; H.O.M.E.’s healthcare partnerships are mutually beneficial: by connecting health providers directly with people needing care, H.O.M.E. helps these partners gain community trust.
