Life Matters Media at H.O.M.E.

Life Matters Media is leading a national cultural shift that prioritizes planning to help people achieve quality of life at end of life.

H.O.M.E. is working with them to provide their programming to our residents. Life Matters Media's Mary F. Mulcahy and Randi Belisomo launched the program this month with their presentation: STARTING THE CONVERSATION: IDENTIFYING VALUES AND GOALS AT THE END OF LIFE. 

Over 20 residents attended to discuss their choices for medical directives and health care options. They thought over questions like: Do you have an advanced directive or power of attorney? and If something happens to you, how will your wishes be communicated?

The program helped residents to be prepared for emergency situations.
