Moving Program Re-launched and First Move on April 29

On April 1 H.O.M.E. re-launched our Moving Program with funding from the Retirement Research Foundation and the Field Foundation of Illinois. We completed the first move on Tuesday, April 29.

Some of Dulcie's new neighbors welcome her.

Five years after closing the program, H.O.M.E. is proud to introduce a new model that has been designed to be sustainable and scalable to the funds that we have available for it.

We are thrilled to be partnering with commercial movers, Windy City MoversTwo Men and A Truck and Big "O" Movers, to again be offering assistance to low-income seniors moving within the city.
