Divas Kick off Weatherization Season

H.O.M.E. began its weatherization season on Saturday October 6th with the help of a wonderful group of generous and kind hearted souls from Divas with a Destiny a wonderful non profit organization that works with seniors and other groups in need throughout the City of Chicago. With their help we provided window insulation for two very drafty  homes. The installation of our weatherization kits help keep the home warmer and more fuel efficient. To quote one of the Divas, " we noticed a difference in the home right away, as soon as a few of the windows were covered."  If you are a member of a group who thinks this would be a good volunteer project please call or email Mike Laz
