Philister Lukacevic, pronouns, she, her, hers, is the Director of Marketing and Communications at The Neurodiversity Alliance. She is responsible for the creation, execution, and management of marketing and communications strategies that align with The Neurodiversity Alliance’s strategic plan. Having started her marketing career at a social enterprise that supports young people with diverse learning needs, Philister witnessed firsthand how young people harness their impact, resilience, and advocacy skills to propel meaningful progress to shape a more promising future for themselves and their communities. With more than ten years of marketing experience in startup and non-profit industries, Philister is passionate about engaging the public in an ongoing dialogue around preventative measures and health equity. She received her M.F.A. from Northwestern University in Writing for the Screen and Stage, and her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago in Film and Video Production. Besides writing and filmmaking, Philister is a thrill-seeker and enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her dog and husband.
