Brittany is the Regional Manager of Business Development at Mariner Wealth Advisors in Chicago, IL. She has spent more than 14 years in the finance industry at Charles Schwab, TIAA, and Mariner Wealth Advisors. In those roles, she specialized in helping clients with retirement planning, income stream creation, asset allocation structuring, annuities and inter-generational wealth planning, options trading. She also provides ongoing consultant and wealth advisor development and training initiatives.

Brittany grew up in Indianapolis, IN within a very large family that had a multigenerational structure that cemented her passion and advocation of the aged population. Volunteering at local nursing homes, food pantries, shelters and hospitals has long been a part of Brittany’s efforts to make a difference. She has two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University. Her free time is spent cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, cooking, traveling and spending time with loved ones.

What resonates with you most about H.O.M.E.’s mission?  

Improving the lives of the elderly resonates with me the most. Shelter is one of the basic needs and we often don’t realize there are so many that at risk of losing theirs on a daily basis. Ensuring that there are organizations such as H.O.M.E. to advocate to those they serve, identify and position resources that can help alleviate various burdens that the aged community face are critical. I see it as my moral obligation to help in any way I can; empower and protect those that have sacrificed so much of themselves to help later generations flourish and have opportunities that they themselves did not at a younger age. We must take time to give back and extend love to our community when it needs it most.
