H.O.M.E.’s mission resonates with me because of the commitment to improve the quality of life for Chicago seniors. Many activities in our daily lives become increasingly difficult as we age such as accessing groceries, maintaining a property, and remaining independent in a home. H.O.M.E. mitigates these common challenges for seniors through its programs by providing access to resources in the community and expanding social interaction.
