Let’s Kick It: The Best is Yet to Come!, Part II On Thursday, June 6, 2024 H.O.M.E. is inviting all seniors and persons with disabilities to join us at the Let’s Kick It! Senior Summit at Nathalie Salmon House, located at 7320 N Sheridan Road in Chicago, Illinois 60626.

Representatives from all 50 Chicago Wards are invited to hear from low-income seniors and people with disabilities about their concerns and recommendations to promote an age-friendly community in City. In turn, for elected officials or their staff have the opportunity to share the latest on relevant programs and policies.
