Zoe Benditt, Grants Manager

Zoe joined the Development team in January 2021 as Grant Manager. She brings a wealth of expertise in writing, relationship-building, story-telling, and grants management. As the gate-keeper to all grants and proposals, Zoe works her magic on a daily basis crafting the stories of our organization’s endeavors to solicit integral funds that allow H.O.M.E. to continue making a difference in the lives of Chicago’s low-income seniors.

A Philadelphia native, Zoe graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Theater Arts and relocated to Chicago six years ago. Before moving to Chicago, she worked for a number of theaters in the northeast and remains an active member of the theater community; freelancing as a stage manager and dramaturg, and serves as the Director of Community Engagement for a company that develops and produces new plays.
