A letter from our Executive Director
Dear H.O.M.E. family,
After nearly a decade as Executive Director of H.O.M.E., I informed the Board of Directors last year that I would be retiring in 2018. I do not have a firm date for my retirement and have committed to serving until a new Executive Director is named and fully on board.
To that end, the Board of Directors has engaged Anchor Advisors to conduct the search for H.O.M.E.’s new Executive Director. This is the same consulting firm that helped us develop our five-year strategic plan and also successfully found our new Program Director, Tricia Mullin.
Please see the job announcement here. I am pleased to say that I have all the confidence in the world in Anchor Advisors, and our consultant Stacy French-Reynolds, to find a strong leader to carry the culture and values of H.O.M.E. forward.
Warmest best wishes,
Bruce A. Otto
P.S. Please save the date for our Annual Celebration Dinner on April 26, 2018. It would be a true honor for me to be able to celebrate with you all that we have done for low-income seniors together.
