You can help H.O.M.E. win a $1,000 grant! Join our Young Professionals Board at Burnt City Brewing next Friday for drinks, and vote for H.O.M.E. to win a grant.
From 6pm-9pm, Burnt City Brewing will be tapping into special firkins of their award winning brew and giving the proceeds of those sales, as part of their Firkins for Philanthropy program, to the CHIditarod Foundation.
The CHIditarod Foundation will be giving away a gift of $1,000, with no strings attached, to one lucky group selected by event attendees! All organizations that advanced to the second round of their grant application process are invited. That means us!
But we need your help to win this "Peoples Choice Grant." You'll get one token per special brew that you purchase. Use that token to vote for H.O.M.E.!

The CHIditarod Foundation raises money to support local organizations that tackle food and hunger issues. H.O.M.E. is a grant finalist for our programs that address food access for low-income seniors, like our Shopping Bus. Our riders sometimes call our program a "lifeline" that helps them have healthy, affordable food.
