H.O.M.E. has been bringing smiles to seniors' faces for a very long time.
For over 30 years, H.O.M.E. has been committed to helping seniors in Chicago maintain independent and enriched lives within their communities. We provide essential housing and housing support services to low-income elders in Chicago in a way that looks beyond just the immediate needs that they are facing.
You can read about the impact of our work on our website. But often, it's hearing the stories and seeing the faces of those we serve that show us why we do this every day. The joy that we see is undeniable.

Our then shopping bus driver helps a senior as she exits the bus to go grocery shopping in 2001. Today our driver still helps each senior on and off the bus, as well as helping them to get their groceries back into their building.
