Weekly Volunteer Update

This week I would like to highlight a volunteer event that took place at the Nathalie Salmon House last Friday.

The Boston Consulting Group spent their Community Service Day at H.O.M.E.

The group of about 25 volunteers started the day around 10 am with a short introduction to the organization.

Then, they broke off into smaller groups to tackle the different tasks. Spring cleaning, gardening and some painting on the outside of the building got done.

After lunch, the volunteers knocked on some doors to invite residents to join them for Bingo.

The residents had a great time playing and even had the chance to win some fun prizes.
