2025 Good Life Gala

  • Newberry Library 60 West Walton Street Chicago, IL, 60610 United States (map)

Get ready for an unforgettable evening at H.O.M.E.'s 3rd annual Good Life Gala on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the iconic Newberry Library! We will be celebrating our Upkeep and Repair Program. Join emcee Steve Bynum, along with H.O.M.E. residents, staff, and supporters, for an evening filled with fun, togetherness, and a commitment to improving the lives of older adults. Raise a glass to our honorees: H.O.M.E.'s dedicated Upkeep and Repair team (Andre Barnes, Nate Foggs, Johnny Jefferson, and Mike Laz) who have helped thousands of older homeowners live safely and independently in their own homes.

The event also includes a cocktail reception with full bar service, buffet dinner stations, a discussion about the importance of home repairs for older adults (featuring Dr. Robin Bartram, Bernice Frazier, and Gail Schechter), and access to the Newberry's first-floor exhibit.

Tickets: Individual tickets are available for $200. Click here to purchase your tickets and secure your spot for a night of celebration and camaraderie.

Your ticket will include a cocktail reception with full bar service, plus appetizers and dinner stations.
